Once we have received your order, we aim to get it to you as soon as possible.
When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item
is out of stock, this will usually be noted on the relevant page of the website.
Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following
week. Goods are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail.
Standard UK delivery is £4.75.
Delivery outside the UK depends on the weight

If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear
instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Some goods may require a signature.
Please advise us if your order is needed by a specific date so that we can meet
your requirements.
If you
are not entirely delighted with the products that you
have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days
of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you
an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that
the products are returned complete, in perfect condition,
unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We
cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the
goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious
to us that the goods have been used or washed.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange
and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange
to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you
and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of
postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice
(which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund
or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send
it back to:
